***Oracle Core HR Technical Consultant- India - Remote - Contract****** One of our international clients is looking for Oracle Core HR Technical Role in India. • Job Title: Oracle Core HR Technical Consultant • Start Date: ASAP • Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)• Language Requirement: English • Location: Bangalore/Pune (remote work)• Experience Required: 5+ years Key Responsibilities 1. Oracle Core (Workforce Structures): • Support the implementation of a revised job architecture for better data granularity. • Configure Oracle Core to align with new architecture blueprints. • Resolve challenges in translating business requirements into Oracle Best Practices. 2. Oracle Compensation: • Configure key elements in Oracle Compensation for testing business feasibility. • Ensure the system setup meets the required HR and compensation standards. Ideal Candidate Profile • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle Core HR and Oracle Compensation . • Proficiency in configuring Oracle systems and addressing technical gaps. • Strong understanding of Oracle Best Practices for HR and compensation solutions. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Flexibility to work in a remote setting and coordinate with teams in Bangalore/Pune.
