Job Title : AI Conversation Designer Experience: 1 Year Location: Remote Brief About Company Founded by IIT Delhi Alumni, Convin is a conversation intelligence platform that helps organizations improve sales/collections and elevate the customer experience while automating the quality & coaching for reps and backing it up with super-deep business insights for leaders. At Convin, we leverage AI/ML to achieve these larger business goals while focusing on bringing efficiency and reducing costs. Who are our clients : We are already helping the leaders across Health-tech, Ed-tech, Fintech, E-commerce, and consumer services like Treebo, SOTC, Thomas Cook, Aakash, MediBuddy, and PlanetSpark. Still looking for more information, then check our website What you’ll do 1.Create a virtual Voice Bot agent 2.Solve customer challenges using Voice/Text UI that enables the ability to deliver personalized and contextual information in real-time 3.Design end-to-end conversational interactions, including what can go wrong, and how 4.Develop mockups, flows, redlining and all other creative prototyping related items 5.Work closely with different team to assess use cases - including the context, the topics, and the types of user questions 6.Work on multiple projects simultaneously, feel comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders, and be able to think strategically when reviewing design work and providing feedback and guidance 7.Champion a user-first approach and conduct thorough client and user research Requirements 1.Bonus points for experience in Journalism, Communication, English Literature, Creative Writing, Technical Writing, or related fields 2.Experience in Conversation Design 3.Writing experience (digital content design, UX writing, and/or content strategy) with attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects at once 4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5.Proven track record of defining, socializing, testing, iterating on, and delivering outstanding digital experiences Here’s What happens after you apply?1.
