Role Title: Executive / Assistant Executive Human Resource Department: Corporate Human Resource Location: Jogeshwari, Mumbai Reports to: Head - Corporate Human Resource Job Objective: To support the talent acquisition function through the effective management of recruitment processes and administrative tasks. The objective is to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment cycle and contribute to its faster and smooth functioning to drive organizational success. Primary responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Assisting Talent Acquisition lead:
- In coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions, from job posting to onboarding.
- Assist in entire recruitment lifecycle through SuccessFactors (Talent Hub) from job requisition to onboarding.
- Assist hiring managers to create and maintain accurate ARFs on SuccessFactors.
- Assist in mapping job codes with job descriptions accurately on SuccessFactors.
- Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
- Conduct candidate screenings.
- Coordinate interviews and gather interview feedback from hiring managers.
- Assist hiring managers with assessment forms, feedback submission, and candidate evaluation.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and equal employment opportunity laws.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs
- Act as a point of contact for candidates to answer any questions about the recruitment process, job expectations, or company culture.
- Assist in gathering feedback from candidates and hiring managers about the recruitment process to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in job description mapping and cleaning exercise for all roles.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics with respect to turnaround time.
- Assist in generating recruitment reports and dashboards by leveraging data analysis
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, PMS report generation and record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate data, interview notes, and feedback.
- Assist in creating and maintaining function wise recruitment trackers and dashboards.
- Assist with maintaining compliance records and helping to prepare for audits if necessary.
- Assist in any other support required by Talent Acquisition lead or HRBP team.

- BBA/ BMS in Human Resource (Mandatory)
- MMS / PGDBM in Human Resource (Desired)
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Experience in handling multiple requirements of talent acquisition simultaneously
