Location: Remote (ability to work in US Eastern time zone for at least 4 hours during the work week) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program/Project Manager to oversee and monitor JSS’ strategic initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of various cross-functional projects across finance, marketing, service delivery, logistics, HR, sales, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and help implement Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Document initiatives, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), tasks, and activities led by various leaders.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure progress.
- Establish project milestones and drive the identification and delivery of key deliverables.
- Govern execution by monitoring the progress of multiple cross-functional initiatives and documenting progress in approved tools.
- Establish and monitor cross-functional dependencies and interdependencies.
- Maintain daily communication with various stakeholders as needed.
- Establish and drive regular reviews, both one-on-one and organizationally.
- Track and manage risks and issues, escalating them
- Create various reports as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Program/Project Manager.
- MBA preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
