We specialize in placements for SAP-focused roles, collaborating with prominent organizations to provide exceptional recruitment services tailored to their SAP-related requirements. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for SAP roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their SAP-related requirements, project needs, and team dynamics.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract SAP professionals with relevant expertise.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled SAP consultants and specialists.
- Recruit for SAP-specific roles such as SAP Functional Consultants (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR), SAP Technical Consultants (e.g., ABAP Developers, Basis Administrators), SAP Project Managers, SAP HANA Specialists, SAP Integration Experts, and SAP Solution Architects.
- Prioritize finding candidates with proven experience in SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations for large-scale enterprises.
- Conduct in-depth screening and evaluation to ensure candidates possess the required technical expertise and align with the client's culture and project expectations.
- Play a significant role in securing the right candidates to meet client demands, ensuring the highest quality of placements.
- Act as a trusted partner and point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates, insights, and feedback to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations.
- Continuously refine recruitment strategies to adapt to evolving SAP trends and client needs.
- Stay updated on SAP advancements, including new modules, tools, and methodologies, to ensure a competitive edge in sourcing and placements.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP recruitment, preferably working with or recruiting for European enterprises.
- Proven track record of placing high-caliber SAP talent in roles across various industries.
- Deep understanding of SAP systems, including functional, technical, and integration modules.
- Awareness of the unique needs of European enterprises, including compliance, cultural alignment, and project methodologies.
- A relevant technical or business education or equivalent experience that provides a solid foundation in SAP systems and processes.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools, platforms, and recruitment technologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on quality-driven outcomes.
