Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive at Grain n Grace Food Ingredients Manufacturing Pvt Ltd, with flexibility for some remote work. The candidates who have experiences in B2B, if Food Industry, especially Bakery, Bread, Confectionery segment products will be suitable. Their works will be doing business with B2B clients of our company products like, Cake Premixes, Glazes, Bread segments products, Tutty Fruity, etc. They need to visit the clients like manufactures of cakes, bread, rusks, cookies, bar cakes, muffins, donuts, brownies, lava cakes, etc., introduce our products and do the business. Qualifications
- Experience minimum 2 years in B2B Sales
- Preferred industry: Bakery division.
- Products: Bakery premixes, glazes, bread improvers etc...
- Business and Communication skills
- Account Management skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
