For more information pls visit About the Position: Role: Marketing Data Analyst Location: Gurgaon Individual Contributor or People Manager Role: Individual Contributor Report to: Senior Manager - Marketing Working Days: 5 days (WFO) Role Overview We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on maintaining and managing data within marketing at Taggd. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with data management tools, and a keen eye for detail. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our marketing databases and driving data-driven insights through dashboards and reports. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Management o Maintain and manage data in Taggd, ensuring accuracy and consistency. o Regularly clean, update, and enrich datasets to support marketing and business operations. o Identify and rectify data discrepancies and ensure compliance with data quality standards. 2. Data Collection & Scraping o Fetch and scrape contact information and relevant data from the web while adhering to ethical and legal standards. o Leverage tools and techniques to gather high-quality, reliable data efficiently. 3. Business Intelligence & Dashboards o Design and create BI dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators. o Present actionable insights through intuitive and user-friendly dashboards to support decision-making. o Continuously optimize dashboards to ensure relevance and usability. 4. Data Analysis o Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that align with marketing goals. o Collaborate with marketing teams to interpret data findings and provide actionable recommendations. 5. Collaboration & Reporting o Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into effective solutions. o Prepare detailed reports and presentations on data findings for internal stakeholders. o Create dashboards to track marketing metrics such as traffic analysis, social media etc.
