Brand Solutions Manager

The Job: To manage the pitch pipeline of 70 EMG and ensure that all briefs are being addressed at the committed timeline and as per the clients' requirements. Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Masters in Event Management/ MBA Work Experience: 5 + years in the event/media industry Location: Delhi The Job Responsibility:

• Manage the pitch pipeline so that briefs are met on time, scheduled realistically, budgeted accurately, designed well, and contribute to pushing our Pitch Win statistic.
• Ensuring there is a pitch project manager who is allocated for each brief.
• Steering the brainstorming sessions by making sure there is a representative from each team and arriving at the event concepts.
• Flagging any critical issues which come up within internal teams as well as the client and ensuring that it is addressed in a timely manner.
• Ensuring a smooth transition of the brief to the Client Servicing team to take the project forward. This would involve ensuring that the team is working in synchrony and the design, execution and production is taking place exactly as per the client specification.
• Working along with the marketing team to update company credentials as and when required from a business development perspective.
• Sending a weekly report to the management on the pitch pipeline status.
• Additionally, work on directing and managing edits for 70 EMG. promotional and pitch videos of critical events (if required).
