Job Description: Preschool Teacher  Location: The Shri Ram Universal School (TSUS), Bengaluru  Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our team at TSUS Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating and enriching learning environment for young children, fostering their overall development, and ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.  Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute a developmentally appropriate and engaging curriculum for preschool children. - Create a warm, inclusive, and secure classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity. - Facilitate activities that enhance children’s motor skills, communication, social interaction, and foundational academic skills. - Use interactive teaching methods, including play-based and experiential learning, to promote active participation. - Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and development through regular evaluations. - Collaborate with parents to provide insights into their child’s learning and development. - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. - Encourage positive behavior through effective classroom management and modeling respectful interactions. - Plan and participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.  Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. - Montessori or ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) certification is preferred. - Prior experience of 2-3 years in teaching preschool or kindergarten. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Creativity, patience, and the ability to engage young children effectively. - Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methodologies and learning materials. - A commitment to the overall growth and development of children.  Why Join TSUS Bengaluru?- Opportunity to work with one of the most reputed education brands in the country. - Professional development and training opportunities to enhance teaching skills. - A collaborative and supportive working environment.
