Mendix Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional application designs.
2. Design and develop scalable, secure, and intuitive web and mobile applications using the Mendix low-code development platform.
3. Configure and customize Mendix applications, including user interfaces, data models, business logic, and integrations with external systems.
4. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
5. Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and web services to enable seamless communication between Mendix applications and other systems.
6. Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of the developed applications.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and project managers, to ensure successful application delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in low-code development and Mendix platform, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new features and capabilities.
9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior Mendix developers, sharing best practices and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.
10. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and maintainability.

1. Minimum 3 years experience in Mendix application development.
2. Overall at least 7 years experience in application development.
3. Must have at least intermediate certification in Mendix.
4. Must have understanding of different architecture patterns.
5. Must have good knowledge in CSS and HTML.
6. Must have understanding of Agile methodology
7. Must have experience in Java.
8. Good to have knowledge in Javascript.
9. Good communication skills to communicate effectively with customers
