Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional application designs.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and intuitive web and mobile applications using the Mendix low-code development platform.
- Configure and customize Mendix applications, including user interfaces, data models, business logic, and integrations with external systems.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and web services to enable seamless communication between Mendix applications and other systems.
- Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of the developed applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and project managers, to ensure successful application delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in low-code development and Mendix platform, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new features and capabilities.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior Mendix developers, sharing best practices and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and maintainability.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Mendix application development.
- Overall at least 7 years experience in application development.
- Must have at least intermediate certification in Mendix.
- Must have understanding of different architecture patterns.
- Must have good knowledge in CSS and HTML.
- Must have understanding of Agile methodology
- Must have experience in Java.
- Good to have knowledge in Javascript.
- Good communication skills to communicate effectively with customers
