Product Specialist / Sales Consultant

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales materials and campaigns.

• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, especially optometry or nursing background.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
