Position Summary: We seek a creative and analytical Social Media Analyst to develop and execute a robust social media strategy for MGA. This role focuses on building our brand voice, crafting thought-provoking healthcare-related content, and driving engagement with key stakeholders in the healthcare consultancy sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, data-driven insights, and a deep understanding of healthcare trends. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging, healthcare-specific content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) that highlights MGA’s expertise in healthcare consultancy.
  • Create thought-provoking posts, infographics, and short-form videos to establish MGA as a leader in the healthcare consultancy industry.
  • Collaborate with healthcare consultants to translate complex concepts into digestible content for diverse audiences.
  • Build and refine MGA’s brand voice and identity across all social media platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity aligned with MGA’s mission and values.
  • Monitor social media trends and conversations within the healthcare industry to position MGA in relevant discussions.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build relationships with industry influencers and stakeholders.
  • Use social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize strategies for better engagement and reach.
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Designed and executed campaigns that support MGA’s business goals, such as lead generation, brand awareness, and client acquisition via social media
  • Stay updated on healthcare industry developments to produce timely and impactful content.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the healthcare or consulting industry .
  • Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives brand growth and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and terminology .
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools like LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, and SEMrush
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and creativity.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns is a plus.
