As a broker, you will facilitate communication between our company and our clients to ensure the smoothest possible service with maximum satisfaction. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Negotiating prices, preparing quotes, and handling payments.
  • Scheduling and supervising pickup appointments to guarantee a smooth handoff.
  • Optimizing driving routes to eliminate inefficiencies and deadhead miles.
  • Overseeing shipments and relaying in-transit updates between the driver and the client.
  • Managing and resolving complications that arise during a delivery.
  • Arranging recovery options in case something goes wrong.
  • Establishing and building positive carrier-client relationships.
  • Expanding client network.
