Looking for a seasoned recruiter who can source, call and verify salaries of candidates for all non-IT roles - with a focus on senior-level engineering positions. The roles span across engineering, healthcare, and both blue and white-collar jobs. Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates from job boards, professional networks and referrals - Conduct initial calls with candidates - Confirm salary expectations with candidates - Submit qualified candidates to the client - Screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates before initial calls. - Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. - Collect and provide feedback to candidate's post-interview. Ideal Skills: - Strong experience in recruiting for senior-level engineering roles - Proficiency in utilizing job boards, professional networks and referrals for candidate sourcing - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to handle diverse non-IT job roles The candidate search should focus on nationwide in the US.
