Job Description: Identified Candidate will act as a SME by possessing broad knowledge and deep domain experience within the Cloud EPM product. The candidate will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate Oracle EPM technologies to deliver superior business impact. He/She will be working collaboratively with Onshore and Nearshore EPM Project teams which include transformation, implementation, Roll-out, Upgrades, Development or Support. Collaborate and maintain strong communication channels with all stakeholders (Internal & External). Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the design and development of Profitability and Cost management applications.
- Expert in implementing Oracle PCM/EPCM starting from designing allocation rules, building both custom (MDX) rules and allocation rules and rulesets, and fine tune for performance.
- Working on direct integration to ERP GL and other EPM applications using Data Management, Pipeline and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
- Expert in implementing Oracle PCM/EPCM starting with understanding allocation. requirements, complexity, metadata set up to meet requirements and building rules and rules sets. Good understanding of audit trail and balancing reports for allocations.
- Implemented projects with Oracle PCM/EPCM and developed artifacts starting from Metadata creation/updates, setting up rules, (EPM/EPCM) designing web forms and data grids, creating reports and dashboards.
- Understanding of the financial statements, close cycle, and related best practices.
- Experience in creating consolidated financial statements for customers.
- Lead Consultant will be responsible for understanding the project plans, timelines, regular status reports, risk, and issue logs, and working with the appropriate teams to ensure our teams deliver on the required activities and tasks.
- As a subject matter expert, he/she employs independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activities involved in the successful implementation of business solutions, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget and customer satisfaction.
- Analyzes business needs to ensure Hackett’s solution meets the customer objectives.
- Effectively applies Hackett’s methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations.
- Overall 3+ years EPCM/PCM experience in the areas of administration, design, analysis, development, and Support of applications in various domains and products related to EPM and EPCM/PCM.
- Experience in EPCM/PCM with strong Application Development process experience on Hyperion EPM Product Suite
- Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution Design – EPCM/PCM
- Hands on experience in configuration of rules and rulesets in EPCM/PCM
- Hands on experience of administrative activities related to EPCM/PCM.
- Data exchange skills to create data load rules, mappings and loading of data.
- Pipeline skills to automate integrations and admin tasks.
- Desired functional knowledge (Understanding of Chart of Accounts and allocations process)
- Must be able to work independently to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues prior to their occurrence.
- Strong skills across MS word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Office and other collaboration and unified communication tools.
- Should be open to adopt new technologies.
- Having Cloud certification is an added advantage “Oracle Profitability and Cost Management 2024 Certified Implementation Professional 1Z0-1082-24” and/or “Oracle Planning 2024 Implementation Professional 1Z0-1080-24”
- Should be approachable, should be flexible at work, EST hours coverage is expected.
- Should understand business objectives and organization structure.
- The candidate must have strong work ethics, trustworthiness, and self-confidence.
- The candidate should work accurately with good attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, with a mature approach & lead the team
- Must have excellent experience in Oracle EPM applications. Good to have prior Finance modules experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of Oracle EPM (Preferable – EPCM/PCM and PBCS) functional and technical experience.
- Well-versed in Cloud Applications, EPM Suite [ EPBCS, PBCS, EPCM/PCM, FCCS], EPM Automate, SmartView’s and FRs reporting.
- Good knowledge of ITIL concepts (Incident / Problem / Change / Availability Management)
- Should be flexible to work for long hours overlapping with the EST, CST and PST working hours.
- Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should have a positive attitude.
- FCCS
- Experience in EPM Reports and FDMEE/DM
- Knowledge on Hyperion Planning and Essbase
- Working Knowledge on SQL Scripting.
- Good Knowledge on BI Publisher.
- MBA Finance or Candidate with good finance domain background is a Plus
- Oracle Cloud Certifications in Cloud EPM work stream is a Plus
