Lead Software Engineer

Position: Lead Full Stack Developer Location: Gurgaon (WFO) Experience: 6+ Years Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership:  Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.  Establish coding standards, best practices, and review processes. Architectural Design:  Design system architecture and technical solutions for complex applications.  Develop and document design strategies, workflows, and technical specifications. Full Stack Development:  Build and maintain web applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend).  Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services for seamless application performance. Collaboration :  Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.  Communicate architecture decisions to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals. Requirements : 6+ years of Full Stack experience (Node.js, React.js). Knowledge of Python, Nest.js, Next.js, Java, PHP, Vue.js is a plus. Proficient in REST API, JavaScript, CSS, TypeScript. Experience in team leadership, system architecture, and scalable solutions. Skilled in databases (SQL/NoSQL), CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Familiar with Docker, ECS/EKS, Git/Bitbucket, and microservice architecture. Expertise in secure coding, software delivery, and cloud security. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Agile methodologies and test-driven development experience.
