Duties & Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented Systems Integration Project Engineer to contribute to cutting-edge projects in automation and control engineering. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration of our platform with third-party systems, while delivering exceptional service to our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the necessary qualifications and experience, we want to hear from you! Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming and SQL programming.
  • Familiarity with electrical drawings and their application in system integration.
  • Experience working with automation and control engineering.
  • Strong project management skills, including quote generation, scheduling, and commissioning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with clients, project managers, and third-party vendors.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the project manager to understand the client's needs and requests, ensuring that project requirements are met within specified timelines.
  • Handle the logistics and design of third-party vendor integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between our platform and their systems.
  • Utilize your expertise in National Instruments LabVIEW to enhance integration capabilities (Certification in LabVIEW would be an advantage).
  • Develop and implement PLC and SQL programming solutions to meet project requirements.
  • Utilize your knowledge of electrical drawings to facilitate system integration and troubleshooting.
  • Manage site integration activities, including quote generation, meeting scheduling, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and handover.
  • Contribute to research and development efforts to drive innovation and improve system integration processes.
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, collaborating with the sales team to expand our customer base.
