CRM Solution Engineer

The Telecom CRM Solution Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing robust CRM solutions for the telecom industry using a technical stack including PHP, Redis, RabbitMQ, and MySQL. The role involves developing proof-of-concept (PoC) projects from simple to complex, and actively engaging with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. This position demands strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver solutions that enhance customer experience about the product and faster opportunity conversions. Experience: • 4-6 years of experience in CRM solution design and development, preferably in the telecom industry. • Proven hands-on experience with PHP, Redis, RabbitMQ, and MySQL in real-world applications. • Hands-on experience with CRM(Vtiger/Sugar/Suite)• Experience in developing and deploying PoC projects for clients. Technical Skills: • Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel, Symfony, or other frameworks). • Databases: Expertise in MySQL database design, optimization, and query performance tuning. • Caching and Messaging: Experience with Redis (for caching) and RabbitMQ (for messaging systems). • Integration: Proficient in integrating systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, or custom APIs. • Problem-Solving: Strong debugging skills and ability to optimize complex workflows. • Version Control: Experience with Git or other version control systems. Soft Skills: • Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
