JOB TITLE: Oracle Functional ERP Consultant - Financial SME LOCATION: India (Remote) PAYROLL: 3rd Party Payroll Mergen Partners is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Oracle Functional ERP Consultant - Financial SME , supporting a globally recognized IT services and consulting organization. This role involves providing expert guidance and solutions for Oracle ERP Financial Modules, ensuring successful implementation and optimization for high-profile clients. About the Role As an Oracle Functional ERP Consultant specializing in Finance , you will work with clients to design and implement Oracle solutions for AR, AP, GL, and FA modules. Your expertise will be pivotal in understanding client business needs, identifying gaps in processes, and architecting seamless solutions. This role requires strong technical acumen, team leadership, and excellent client interaction skills. Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP with specialization in AR, AP, GL, and FA modules.
• Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EBS implementations (at least 1 Fusion Cloud and 1 EBS implementation).
• In-depth knowledge of AIM/OUM methodologies and ability to apply them to project lifecycles.

• Understand and articulate client’s business requirements, ensuring Oracle ERP financial modules meet their needs.
• Identify process gaps and provide innovative solutions to streamline operations.
• Design and architect solutions across multiple systems, ensuring seamless integration with third-party applications.
• Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EBS financial modules , delivering solutions within scope and timelines.

• Prepare key project documentation such as BR100 , MD50 , TE020 , configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Develop To-Be process models and functional design documents to align with business needs.
• Assist in creating and reviewing system configurations, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

• Manage a team of consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective project execution.
• Lead client-facing meetings, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
• Guide junior team members, providing mentorship and ensuring continuous learning and growth.

• Manage integrations with third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices and strategies to optimize their financial processes.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for project success and client satisfaction.

• In-depth expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EBS financial modules (AR, AP, GL, FA).
• Proven ability to work with AIM/OUM methodologies and deliver successful ERP implementations.
• Strong experience in documentation (BR100, MD50, TE020, test scripts, etc.) and functional design.
• Expertise in integrating Oracle ERP with third-party applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

• Oracle certification in Oracle Financials Cloud or similar ERP-related technologies.
• Strong client-facing experience , with the ability to manage client expectations and build relationships.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project delivery.
