Salary: R 60000 - R 85000 Monthly Basic Salary (Market related, Negotiable) Position: Gauteng HR Operations Manager Industry: Automotive / Dealership / Trucking Responsibilities:
- Manage the full IR, HR Operations, and Remuneration.
- Handle Employee Relations, including IR to CCMA and arbitration.
- Oversee remuneration management, including payroll staff and HR Admin.
- Grade 12.
- Qualification in HR essential.
- HR Operations expertise within the automotive, dealership, or trucking industry.
- Ability to conduct ER/Performance evaluations and hearings in Afrikaans and English.
