Due to a constant growth, PQE is looking for a Project Management Officer to support our projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the followings:
- Overseeing all project tasks and deliverables of an IT implementation project, in a GxP environment.
- Creating a detailed Project plan including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Monitoring and managing project tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Raising risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Working closely with Project manager
- Conducting and participating in PMO meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in PMO roles
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on task management and project planning
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
- Experience working in a GxP environment and Pharma companies - Advantage
- Experience working with testing tools, such as HP Quality Center - Advantage
- Excellent English- speaking & writing
- Team player & good communication skills
