Responsibilities Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to develop programmatic outreach and establish good relationships with customers, tenants and prospects to build a long-term customer base for the Group’s residential and industrial projects. To conduct survey, market research and provide inputs on customers/end user requirements and preference for new projects. Assisting with customers’ enquiries, feedback, via phone, email, walk-in enquiries, making cold calls with regards to the Sale/Lease of a unit. Able to identify potential customers or tenants and to follow up with the keen prospects. Build networking channels with customers, tenants and agents. Monitoring market trends and provide updates to management. Develop new marketing and sales channels. Support the Sales & Marketing Team on project marketing matters including design inputs, marketing kits, agency liaison matters etc. Requirements Possess a minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels qualification or equivalent. Experience in product sales with good customer base. Prior experience in real estate preferred but not a pre-requisite. A great communicator who is able to work with a diverse of tenant/customer mix and various stakeholders. Pleasant personality Positive mindset & attitude when meeting with customers. Able to work independently with strong interpersonal skills and as a team player. Able to converse in dialects will be an added advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
