Operations Executive

Key Duties:

1. Assess purchased vehicles to ensure accurate examination by the buyer and that all information has been covered.
2. Ensure all information is entered into the system and aligns with the physical condition of the vehicle.
3. Identify and highlight errors or major faults, complete documentation for vehicle transfer, and coordinate with finance for consumer repayments.
4. Coordinate with dealerships for transferring vehicles once repayment confirmation is received from finance.

We are looking for individuals who are confident, disciplined, and determined to follow policies and guidelines. It is essential to be process-driven, good with numbers, and possess a high level of creativity to process large amounts of information quickly and think on your feet. Skills:

1. Client service, administration, and operations experience required.
2. Ability to identify inspection or documentation errors.
3. Well-versed in all processes and paperwork associated with purchasing, transferring, and selling vehicles.
4. Understanding of automobile market values at any given time.
5. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
6. Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
7. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage in verbal interactions with customers.
8. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
9. Experience in fleet and inventory management.
10. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
11. Ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends as required.
