Engineer

Job Description

• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (reports, tests, drawings, and others).
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
• Determine project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
• Ensure project compliance with legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, contractors, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation to support project management and decision-making.
• Attend site meetings as necessary.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience with a proven track record in designing and managing construction projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Willing to work in the west area and 5.5 days per week.
