Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a robust background in Corporate Internet Banking, coupled with hands-on experience in Group Transaction Banking, Trade Products, and Supply Chain Finance Products. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of Middle East banking practices and regulations, contributing to the enhancement and optimization of our corporate banking solutions. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of corporate internet banking systems, focusing on Group Transaction Banking, Trade Products, and Supply Chain Finance Products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with Middle East banking standards and regulations.
- Leverage expertise in Middle East banking practices to provide valuable insights into industry trends and recommend innovative solutions in transaction banking and trade finance.
- Work closely with product teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring seamless implementation of enhancements across various banking products.
- Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis, guiding decision-making processes related to corporate internet banking initiatives and associated financial products.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, testing and technical teams, fostering effective communication and understanding of project goals across diverse banking products.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to validate the functionality and performance of corporate internet banking systems and associated financial products.
- Provide training and support to end-users for successful adoption of new features in transaction banking, trade products, and supply chain finance.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Corporate Internet Banking, Group Transaction Banking, Trade Products, and Supply Chain Finance Products.
- In-depth knowledge of Middle East banking practices, regulations, and market trends across various financial products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for diverse banking products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Corporate Internet Banking, with specific exposure to Group Transaction Banking, Trade Products, and Supply Chain Finance.
- Previous experience working with Middle East banks is essential.
