Over Night - Room Service Server Full Time

1. Deliver food orders including any special needs or requests to the guest in-room.
2. Check completed kitchen orders with the order taker or guest’s original order.
3. Transport items to the guestroom in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
4. Greet guests and describe selected items using interesting and vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, taste, and preparation methods.
5. Communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to requests for tray removal according to established time standards.
6. Breakdown, clean, and set up room service tables, condiment setups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations.
7. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions; respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
8. Properly and accurately close guest checks securing room number and signature; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals.

1. Individuals with computer knowledge and good communication skills.
2. Previous experience of 2 years desired.
3. High organizational skills required.
4. Speaking, writing, and reading English is required.
5. Positive attitude and willingness to learn is a must.
6. Flexible schedule with the ability to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays.
