We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position offers a salary of 1000 and is open to immigrants. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and efficiently to identify, attract, and hire the best talent for our organization. Responsibilities will include reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, making hiring decisions, and onboarding new employees. The Recruiter must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess an eye for detail.

Requirements:

1. A degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or a related field
2. Minimum two years of experience as a Recruiter
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
4. Fluency in English and Arabic language preferred
5. Ability to work effectively with minimal direction
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
7. Knowledge of current recruiting trends and practices
8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
