Role Overview: We are seeking a General Practitioner (GP) with a special interest in Elderly Care to join a forward-thinking, patient-focused team. This role involves delivering high-quality care to the elderly population, emphasizing both acute and preventive health services. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive geriatric assessments and create personalised care plans.
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and arthritis.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care.
• Provide health education on aging, fall prevention, and frailty management.
• Deliver palliative and end-of-life care with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Registered with the Irish Medical Council (IMC) on the General or Specialist Division.
• Irish Experience is a must.
• Experience in geriatric medicine or related fields is desirable.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Commitment to continuous professional development in elderly care.
