Job Title: Compliance Officer Location: Dublin City Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid Compensation: DOE + Benefit Package (will be disclosed at initial stages) Type: Full time – Permanent We’ve partnered with a prominent financial services company who are currently seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to join their Dublin City team on a hybrid basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Head of Compliance and gain industry sought-after experience in a growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Governance and Compliance framework management
- Assist with compliance reports
- Collaborate with Legal, HR, Risk and Audit teams
- Monitoring and testing
- Facilitate business strategy
Key Skills
- 3+ years in compliance role (within life insurance or reinsurance)
- LCI / LCOI Qualified or working towards
- Track record of project management skillset
- Knowledge of Central Bank of Ireland regulations/requirements
