Job Description: Phlebotomist (Contract/Full-time) Company: Mito Health (mitohealth.com) Position: Phlebotomist Type: 3-Month Contract (Immediate Start) with full-time conversion based on performance Compensation: $3,000 per month (inclusive of CPF contributions) Location: Trapeze Rec Club Wellness Centre, Tanjong Pagar Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturday mornings About Us: Mito Health is a cutting-edge virtual longevity clinic focused on empowering individuals through personalized blood testing and tailored health insights. We are passionate about revolutionizing health and wellness and are seeking an enthusiastic Phlebotomist to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. Exceptional candidates may have the opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance. Role and Responsibilities: Phlebotomy & Clinic Operations: Perform professional and accurate blood draws for clients during morning shifts. Ensure clinic operations run efficiently, adhering to high standards of care and precision. Client Experience: Deliver exceptional service, creating a positive experience for every client. Manage client communications, including responding to inquiries and maintaining accurate records. Administrative Duties: Conduct operational and administrative tasks from home during the afternoon shift. Use a company-issued laptop to complete work efficiently and maintain confidentiality. What We’re Looking For: Experienced in Phlebotomy: Proven ability to perform blood draws with care and accuracy. Client-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service. Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
