JOB DESCRIPTIONS Assist in administrative duties pertaining to student and course registration matters. Provide professional service and advice to achieve customer satisfaction. Assist customers with their queries and concerns with a service-oriented attitude. Actively promote the organisation’s programmes to prospective customers in a professional manner. Assist and follow-up with prospective or existing customers to promote new subjects and courses. Work towards company sales targets and to maximise retention. Handle customers' enquiries, enrolment, payments and maintain accurate files for auditing. Establish a good rapport and build relationships with both prospective and existing customers. Assist Centre Manager in other duties. Attend company’s meetings when required. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time. REQUIREMENTS Minimum ‘N’ Level. Able to commit on both weekends. Professional attitude and appearance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in technology and computer literate with MS Office.
