6 Months Data Analyst / $3500-$4200/ East #ECT Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Analyze existing operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization strategies. Digitize, automate and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance with quality standards. Monitor operational performance metrics to track progress. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, including production, logistics, sales, and customer service, to streamline processes and resolve operational issues. Prepare and present operational reports to teams and management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations. Compile all reports sent and review for accuracy of information. Compile daily reports from internal system sources, then turn these into monthly reports. Identify and report fraudulent cases. Complete competitor tracking on a weekly & monthly basis. Requirements: Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience of 1-2 years in an operations/reporting/finance role. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify operational inefficiencies and propose effective solutions. Good project management skills to execute and monitor improvement initiatives. Proficient in data analysis and reporting to interpret operational data and extract actionable insights. Proficiency in relevant software applications, Microsoft tools, data analysis tools, and project management software - such as Excel and Tableau.
