Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Response Lead, who will be embedded to one of our major MNC clients. Reporting to the Southeast Asia Security Manager, this role will head a security team of 15 - 25 security officers (team structure can vary). Primary responsibilities include ensuring the security and safety of the client's premises, property, and, most importantly, personnel. Essential Functions: Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. Ensure 24/7 shift coverage across 2 client sites. Deliver core security responsibilities at both sites, including: Access Management: Ensuring access management systems and processes are adhered to. Alarm Management: Managing the effective security response to all alarms impacting the client's space. Incident Management: Coordinating the Group Security response to local issues and incidents affecting the security and safety environment. Life Safety: Overseeing the Group Security life safety response capabilities and responsibilities within the client's space. Risk Management: Ensuring patrol, system, and equipment check protocols and reporting are adhered to, so all Group Security dependencies are in good working order. Identify and address any defects or risks in a timely manner. Risk Mitigation: Supporting facility and hotel risk assessment processes to identify and mitigate facility risks. Implementing team training and drilling initiatives to drive and reinforce core competency capabilities. Working with Security Management to identify core function process, performance, and productivity gains. Monitoring and driving team performance to meet and exceed client requirements. Identifying and escalating any breaches or areas of concern related to security personnel, procedures, or systems. Leadership: Providing guidance and direction to the team that enables team members to achieve individual potential and realize best practice delivery to clients. Supporting (or leading in the absence of the SEA Security Manager) the security incident response for issues affecting the client's business in the SEA geography. Overseeing Security Systems & Projects with effective delivery of day-to-day security provision to clients' offices with supervision over the Security Systems & Projects Manager. Supporting regional innovation and performance improvement initiatives. Working with regional management to develop an internal audit capability. Short-term deployability to support region-wide resiliency and capacity building. Supporting quality control assurance for other security functions within SEA (e.g., Jakarta). All other duties as assigned. Education, Experience, and Certifications: Prefer at least a diploma; must have a minimum of five years of experience. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High level of integrity and professionalism. Proficiency in claims management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Exposure to sensitive and confidential information. Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment. Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision. Must be able to work any shift including evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure the successful completion of work assignments. Travel, as required.
