Executive, Programme & Community Partnership (Volunteer Management) Location: Tampines Mon-Fri, Office Hours Job Description The incumbent will help maintain and expand the network with community partners, corporates, and other social and community services to support the organization's needs. Spearhead, conceptualize, and implement volunteer programs/activities to ensure the delivery of quality service will meet the needs of the residents in a nursing home. Your role & responsibilities will include: Managing all elements of volunteering within the organization Recruitment of volunteers Identify ways to sustain and improve partnered initiatives to build relationships to support the department's needs Able to develop and maintain networks and partnerships with various community partners Monitor, evaluate, and accredit volunteers Track and update records and maintain a database of volunteers and partners to ensure critical information is captured for timely submission Plan, organize, and roll out activities and programs accordingly to support resident's social needs Provide support in any other tasks as assigned Qualifications Min Degree or Advanced Diploma in Social Work, Gerontology, or Service Sector disciplines Minimum 2 years experience in community healthcare settings in Singapore Hands-on experience in a community partnership role Interested candidates, please forward your resume to kevynhuang@recruitexpress.com.sg Consultant: Huang Jingsheng Kevyn (R1333338) Recruit Express Pte Ltd (99C4599)#J-18808-Ljbffr
