Job Responsibilities Ensure that all buses under your care are supervised according to the schedule that has been planned/scheduled. Check tickets/documents before passengers board the bus. Resolve any problems that arise while working at the station. Stay in touch with any station related to your duties to coordinate daily operations. Make daily reports on bus services/operations to the Operation Supervisor. Provide good customer service to the passengers. Perform any other duties and queries assigned or instructed by the company. Job Requirements Minimum “O” Level Certificate. Able to work at any location in Singapore. Shift work is required (Morning or Afternoon).
