Lead/ Senior Data Analyst (Generative AI) (Contract)

We are seeking a seasoned Lead/ Senior Data Analyst with experience in Generative AI to lead innovative AI initiatives that will lead to transformative healthcare models. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing and deploying Generative AI solutions, driving strategic business outcomes, and leading high-performing project teams. Responsibilities Model Development and Deployment : Design, build, and deploy Generative AI models and Chatbot applications for the healthcare setting. AI Integration : Lead the integration of Generative AI technologies into healthcare research projects, focusing on real-world impact and scalability. Data Strategy : Develop and manage data pipelines, ensuring high-quality datasets to train and refine AI models. Project Leadership : Drive AI components of healthcare projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with healthcare professionals, engineers, and domain experts to create AI-driven solutions tailored to healthcare challenges. Performance Optimization : Continuously enhance the efficiency, scalability, and interpretability of deployed models. Mentorship and Leadership : Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, innovative environment. Research and Development : Stay updated on advancements in Generative AI and apply cutting-edge techniques to related projects. Requirements Education : Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Experience : Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years' experience in Machine Learning and Generative AI. Technical Expertise : Proficiency in developing and fine-tuning Generative AI models such as GPT, GANs, or Diffusion Models. Strong programming skills in Python and expertise with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI solutions. Knowledge of MLOps practices for efficient model deployment and monitoring. Data Management : Proficiency in handling large datasets, building ETL pipelines, and working with databases (SQL/NoSQL). Soft Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including transformer architectures and language modeling. Knowledge of ethical AI practices and regulatory compliance in AI applications. Proven track record of publishing papers, patents, or contributions to open-source projects in Generative AI.
