Job Description

  1. Manage Execution Teams and ensure alignment with SOPs and Corporate Maintenance Guidelines, store operational requirements, and provide feedback on Maintenance Execution to modify SOPs accordingly.
  2. Provide SOPs improvement points and identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of service delivery processes and/or methods.
  3. Support teams in troubleshooting, RCA, and resolving complex challenges, reviewing, evaluating, and implementing outcomes of RCA, and providing a timely report for the recording of challenges.
  4. Execution and field verification of all internal and/or external (service providers, contractors) maintenance programs and activities in compliance with SLA, department KPI, and SOPs.
  5. Issue PR and coordinate with procurement and/or engineering for third-party service providers' SOW, SLA, and quotations.
  6. Align with planning and finance for financial transactions.
  7. Review, consolidate, and submit total Opex/Capex SOW & budget for an upcoming yearly budget with analytical and technical justification.
  8. Oversee and guide the teams to ensure the upkeeping of all assets in functional condition by following PM, RM, and other maintenance strategies.
  9. Follow contingency procedures and report any scenarios that result in HSE incidents or scenarios that impact and prevent continuity of store operations.
  10. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures concerning employment, compensation, HSE, and employee relations.
  11. Report escalated maintenance and HES-related incidents, conduct corrective & preventive actions to avoid reoccurrence, and update SOPs accordingly.
  12. Work closely with the operation teams to align with operation requirements and provide feedback to reflect on SOPs.
  13. Manage and assign annual goals, objectives, and priorities for the team.
  14. Conduct an annual maintenance cost optimization.
  15. Take accountability, corrective, and preventive action to resolve and prevent audit observations.
  16. Review, approve, and consolidate spare part utilization report and investigate abnormal activity in utilization.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing maintenance operations.
  3. Excellent English and Arabic language (written & spoken).
  4. Strong analytic skills.
  5. Strong troubleshooting skills.
  6. Excellent observation and strong management skills.
  7. Computer skills (word processing, Outlook, and spreadsheets).
  8. Ability to read and interpret electrical, civil, and HVAC drawings.
  9. General background in HVAC, refrigeration, firefighting, and civil systems.
