We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and development of landscaped areas and manage greenhouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nature, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of horticulture practices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations for landscaped areas, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Supervise and manage a team of laborers, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity.
  • Monitor and maintain greenhouses, ensuring optimal conditions for plant growth and health.
  • Develop and implement schedules for planting, watering, pruning, and general upkeep.
  • Inspect sites regularly to identify and resolve any issues related to plants, equipment, or safety.
  • Maintain records of activities, inventory, and team performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of greenhouse operations and related technologies.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
