Job Responsibilities Identifying Opportunities: Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and potential markets for growth, predominantly in Engineering services, maintenance, fabrication, repair, and design. Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans and set objectives for business growth, including defining target markets, creating sales and marketing strategies, and outlining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. Building Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and partners through networking, attending industry events, conducting meetings, and negotiating contracts. Lead Generation: Actively seek out and generate leads for potential business opportunities, including cold calling and attending trade shows to identify prospects. Sales and Negotiation: Engage with potential clients, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets. Partnership Development: Explore strategic partnerships and alliances that can benefit the organization, involving identifying potential partners, conducting due diligence, and negotiating partnership agreements. Market Expansion: Work on expanding the organization's presence in existing markets or entering new markets, requiring market analysis, understanding customer needs, and developing market entry strategies. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, market trends, and sales data to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies on a weekly basis. Regular reporting to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making, including weekly submission of sales tracker and status management, and monthly sales report submission. #J-18808-Ljbffr
