A strong understanding of market dynamics and strategies, particularly in the B2G sector in Saudi Arabia , is essential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to uncover new opportunities and analyze potential clients, focusing on the B2G sector. Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to stay ahead of changes. Analyze collected data to create actionable strategies that support business growth.
  • Business Development Strategy: Assist in developing and executing impactful business development strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify and evaluate potential business partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. Develop and implement plans to expand the customer base and enter new markets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Act as a liaison between clients and the company to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Provide clients with relevant information about the company's products and services.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and meeting business objectives. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Assist in negotiating and closing business deals to maximize profitability.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services. Use social media and digital platforms to enhance the company's online presence and reach.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales progress. Prepare regular reports on business development performance, including metrics, forecasts, and recommendations. Ensure all documentation and contracts comply with company policies.

  • Geographical Coverage: Saudi Arabia, focusing on key regions such as Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.
  • Industry Focus: Government (B2G) and key sectors such as healthcare, education, financial services, tourism, and telecommunications.
  • Target Markets: Public sector organizations seeking organizational excellence, business transformation, digital transformation, and improved customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Proven track record of supporting sales targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Experience working with government clients or public sector organizations.
