Job Description:

The pediatrician will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessment and treatments for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults up to 18 years old. Responsibilities include:

1. Diagnosing diseases
2. Ordering laboratory tests
3. Prescribing medications
4. Managing chronic conditions such as asthma or diabetes
5. Providing preventive care such as immunizations
6. Involvement in health education initiatives to help parents understand their children's health needs

Required Qualifications:

• MD degree from an accredited medical school
• Licensed to practice medicine in Al-Kuwait or eligible for licensure
• Board certification or board eligibility in pediatrics preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment with the ability to diagnose complex illnesses quickly
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, staff members, and other healthcare providers
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in pediatrics preferred
