The User Management Engineer will act as the single point of contact for the execution of the provision of the creation/change and removal of: Lan-ID for OneCDG (excluding SBST) OneCDG User group management O365 profiles – AZURE AD-ID Onedrive profile Sharepoint profiles Yammer profiles OneCDG Active Directory user profiles Application access profiles (SAP, HRESS, SAPRAS, Compass, etc.) Infrastructure access profiles (VDI, VPN, etc.) Exception request provisioning DLP profiles O365 End user license management Other O365 responsibilities include: O365 mailbox – Administering security, compliance measures, configuring and troubleshooting applications and overseeing data management and governance. Managing resources and organizing users according to user grouping and access policies. SharePoint administrator roles – create and manage sites, designate site admin, manage sharing settings and O365 groups, including creating, deleting, and restoring groups and changing group owners. Prepares, executes and follows up on the periodic user access review cycles. Provides User license overview to management on a monthly and quarterly basis. Provides support and resolution for incidents related to user profiles, data access, system access, etc. Provides expert level support for incidents and support queries for O365, Email, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Provides expert level support as the O365 Global Administrator. Secondary responsibilities will include supporting and complementing the End User Support team with: Provision of the helpdesk function to the BU’s. Provision of end user enabling (desktop/laptop issuance, device set-up, user training, user enrollment). Support the deployment of patches both OS, Security, and third-party products. Job Requirements: Bachelor degree or Diploma in IT Sciences ITIL certified (preferred) Fluent in spoken and written English Extensive knowledge in O365 administration management Extensive knowledge in helpdesk function. Experience in user management and application role provisioning Experience in providing telephone and remote support Experience in patch management and delivery Experience with service management tools (ServiceNow) Willingness to learn Drives to improve performance and create value A desire to work cooperatively with others to maximize effectiveness within own team #J-18808-Ljbffr
