JASARA PMC is looking for a talented MEP/Buildings Services Manager to join our team. We are a leading company in the field of Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of our projects. As the MEP/Buildings Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all MEP activities for our projects. You will review and approve MEP designs and specifications, ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards, and oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems. Additionally, you will monitor performance, troubleshoot any issues, and provide technical guidance and support to the project team. Responsibilities

  1. Manage and coordinate all MEP activities for our projects
  2. Review and approve MEP designs and specifications
  3. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards
  4. Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems
  5. Monitor MEP performance and troubleshoot any issues
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to the project team
  7. Collaborate with other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems
  8. Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP design and management
  3. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and relevant codes and standards
  4. Experience in managing MEP projects in the construction industry
  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  7. Proficiency in project management software and tools
  8. Professional certifications related to MEP systems are a plus
