1. Collect blood samples from patients in an efficient and professional manner.
2. Use venipuncture techniques to draw blood samples.
3. Provide comfort and empathize with patients during the process.
4. Prepare specimens and verify patient information.
5. Label containers correctly and ensure all safety protocols are followed.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide quality service.
2. Basic knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
3. Experience working with medical equipment and procedures.
4. Strong understanding of infection control processes and protocols related to specimen handling and collection.
5. Minimal work experience required; relevant certifications or formal training are viewed favorably.
