Alkaffary Group is currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to manage our inventory processes effectively. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and collaborating with various departments to enhance inventory control procedures. Your expertise will help optimize stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and drive continuous improvements within our inventory management system.   1. Monitor inventory levels to ensure alignment with demand forecasts and minimize stockouts
  2. Perform regular physical counts and audits, reconciling discrepancies between physical and system inventories
  3. Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies and best practices
  4. Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to streamline inventory processes
  5. Analyze inventory data to identify trends and support inventory optimization efforts
  6. Generate and present detailed inventory reports to management for informed decision-making
  7. Train and guide team members on inventory control procedures
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role
  3. Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
  4. Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
