As a Senior Consultant, you will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and provide expert advice on various business challenges. You will utilize your deep industry knowledge and consulting expertise to analyze complex problems, develop innovative strategies, and drive implementation. Responsibilities

  1. Lead project teams and provide guidance to junior consultants
  2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  3. Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
  4. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify insights and trends
  5. Develop strategic recommendations and action plans
  6. Lead the implementation of solutions and drive change management initiatives
  7. Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timelines, and budget
  8. Provide thought leadership and expertise in specific industries or functional areas
  9. Present findings, insights, and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders
  10. Mentor and develop junior team members
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in management consulting
Requirements
  1. +5 years of experience in management consulting or a similar role
  2. Previous consulting experience from 1 to 2 years is a MUST
  3. Bachelor's/Master's degree in a business-related field
  4. Arabic & English proficiency
  5. Proven track record of leading successful consulting projects
  6. Deep industry knowledge and expertise in specific industries or functional areas
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  8. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  9. Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  10. Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation
  11. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  12. Strong project management skills
  13. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  14. Leadership qualities and ability to inspire and motivate teams
  15. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
