Job Purpose: To plan, oversee, coordinate, and manage commercial, transactional, and data operations within the Supply Chain and Logistics department. This includes conducting analysis, identifying needs, and developing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves monitoring and operating the Supply Chain & Logistics Control Tower to ensure optimal performance and control of processes. Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead data management activities, including designing data models and developing new data management practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  2. Ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the Master Item File (MIF).
  3. Ensure data accuracy by conducting regular audits, identifying trends, and addressing potential issues related to data quality.
  4. Design and implement data management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Safeguard data availability by creating and maintaining backups of existing data sets and ensuring secure storage at alternate locations.
  6. Develop a long-term data management strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives, focusing on scalability and sustainability.
  7. Review data sources to identify opportunities for process improvements, driving greater efficiency across the organization.
  8. Establish and maintain guidelines for data structure, ensuring consistency in how information is stored, organized, and accessed.
  9. Develop and uphold standards for data storage and access, utilizing tools such as relational databases and data warehouses.
  10. Implement robust data governance processes, including data quality checks and regular data audits to maintain data integrity.
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject such as master data management, data science, or data analytics (BSc preferred).
  2. Minimum of 4-7 years in a supply chain and logistics operations field (preferred).
  3. Strong hands-on experience in the following:
  • MS Office
  • Supply Chain and Logistics systems
  • Data Management/Data Science
  • Power BI
  • Database languages
  • Access Database
  • PowerPoint and Graphics software
