Job Description: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Requirements for the Candidate:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources
3. Excellent organizational and communication skills
4. Familiarity with labor laws and employee regulations
5. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
7. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
8. Flexible schedule to adjust to changing demands of the business environment
