Our Client is a Luxury fashion brand, currently seeking an experienced Boutique Manager. The role is based in Kuwait. You will be responsible for the overall management of the store, client advisors, merchandise, and customer service. You will be responsible for achieving sales objectives, store profitability goals, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, building highly motivated teams, and developing client advisors to enable them to progress in their careers.
Luxury Boutique Manager
Profile: This luxury brand is a dynamic business seeking a like-minded Boutique Manager for a rare and exciting opportunity to manage an already well-established luxury brand. We are looking for an innovative and passionate manager who leads by example and has the command and credentials to manage this boutique. You will have a passion for all product categories and be able to positively influence others to engage with this iconic brand and improve sales and company profile.Minimum Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years' experience as a Store Manager within a luxury brand.
- You should be highly commercial and driven.
- You will be a strong people manager who is used to driving the team.
- You will have a track record of developing team members and be hands-on.
- You will be a strong brand ambassador and be immaculately presented.
Sales Management:
- Continuously motivate and coach client advisors to meet assigned sales and productivity goals. Provide recognition for top client advisors.
- Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor.
- Proactively manage the clienteling function in the store.
- Ensure that all client advisors are knowledgeable of all company products, company information, and history. Be up-to-date with company news.
- Ensure employees are provided with product knowledge to enhance and ensure cross-selling across categories.
- Provide feedback to the Regional VP on product assortment, buying trends, and customer requests.
Customer Service:
- Ensure the highest level of customer service every day, ensuring compliance with the Quality Customer Service Standards and selling ceremony.
Merchandising/Visual:
- Implement and maintain all merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective merchandising strategies.
- Partner with logistics, product teams, and supervisors to ensure appropriate assortment for the store.
- Ensure the presentation of all displays, fixtures, and all visual areas are reflective of current visuals. Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
- Communicate inventory needs to support the business goals.
