Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Conduct detailed business and system analyses to identify client requirements.
  2. Document functional and technical specifications for development and delivery teams.
  3. Act as a communication bridge between stakeholders, including clients, technical teams, and management.
  4. Participate in solution design sessions and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Validate solutions against requirements through testing and feedback collection.
  6. Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with clients to analyze and understand business workflows, identifying gaps and opportunities for ERP optimization.
  7. ERP System Implementation: Lead end-to-end ERP deployment, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business/system analysis.

Skills

  1. Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  2. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  3. Proficiency in writing clear and concise documentation.
  4. Experience in process mapping and workflow analysis.
  5. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
